I am Italian, from Naples living in California. Chemist in love with food, cooking and passionate about coffee and its culture. Named my brand BellaVia, recovering memories from my youth in Naples Italy, when families roasted and blended their coffee at home.
Love good coffee and believe everyone should be able to taste coffee at its peak freshness a pleasure to share with others.
Fond of healthy Italian cuisine, I run the “Italian Mediterranean Diet” program at Cuesta College Community Programs , hold cooking events pairing Italian food with wine & EVOO and prepare original Italian recipes, but also make them new.
